Caleb Hanson
Pastor
Pastor Hanson has been with us at MBBC since August 2013. His heart's desire is to help the church reach people for Christ in the Rochester area and create an environment of spiritual growth through discipleship and Bible study. The vision he has for Midwest is evident through the messages he brings each week!
Stephen Lesmeister
Assistant Pastor
Brother Stephen grew up attending MBBC. Upon graduating from Providence Baptist College in 2015, he married Jessica Smith. Stephen and Jessica are happily serving in Sunday School, the bus ministry, the music ministry, and several other areas. They currently have three children -- Nolan, Jack, and Oliver.
Dominick Valzano
Assistant Pastor
Brother Dominick joined the team in the summer of 2024 as the school principal shortly after graduating from Providence Baptist College. He has been a wonderful addition in the short time that he has served at MBBC!
Taylor Cada
Office Manager
As the secretary at Midwest, Taylor works diligently to organize special events and weekly church functions. Her skill and helpful spirit have been a blessing to those who need her assistance.
John Cartmell
Youth Director
Brother John and his wife, Erin, have been an incredible blessing to our church in the teen department. For over 10 years, they have taught the teen Sunday School class, planned fun activities, and coordinated the Sunday afternoon teen program, TNT or "Teens Need Truth". God has used them greatly in this ministry and several others.
